Ken Mayer has more than 30 years of design leadership experience and has been a Principal at MMPA since 1987. Ken’s specialty areas include higher education, public intermodal transit passenger and maintenance facilities, historic renovation/adaptive reuse and LEED Certified design. Ken is the 2015 President of the North Carolina Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
